Once a year the Chamber of Mines hosts the Mining Expo and Conference, usually held towards the end of April or beginning of May. The purpose of this event is to unite the entire sector under one roof, providing unique networking opportunities between the major mining houses in Namibia and local service providers.
This event is open to the public, free of charge, and offers all stakeholders an opportunity to interact directly with the main role players in the sector and learn more about mining in Namibia.
Running parallel to the exhibition is the Mining Conference that is also free of charge and open to the public. Industry experts and renowned speakers are invited to share their perspectives on recent sector trends as well as local and global mining developments.
