The Chamber of Mines held its Annual General Meeting on 24 April, 2024 releasing key information on the mining industry’s performance for 2023, the Chamber’s key policy engagements and activities for the year in review.
In the 2022 Fraser Institute Survey of Mining Companies, Namibia improved marginally on its overall Investment Attractiveness Index by 7 points from 2021 to 2022, and ranked 38th out of 62 jurisdictions surveyed.
