More graduates join Langer Heinrich Uranium

Langer Heinrich Uranium (LHU) continues to strengthen its talent strategy with the official welcoming of new graduates in January 2026.

The graduates have been enrolled in LHU’s structured two-year Graduate Programme, which is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical workplace experience, equipping them with the skills and exposure required to succeed in their respective professions.

There are 11 graduates across a diverse range of disciplines. These fields include Environment, Archaeology, Metallurgy, Geology, Electrical, Mining, Procurement, Occupational Health & Hygiene, and Radiation Safety. This multidisciplinary approach reflects LHU’s commitment to building a well-rounded and skilled workforce capable of supporting the mine’s operational and sustainability objectives.

At the same time, the programme supports youth skills development targets and contributes meaningfully to the objectives outlined in the country’s National Development Plan 6 (NDP6).

LHU remains committed to investing in its employees and developing the next generation of professionals who will play a key role in the company’s future success and in Namibia’s broader socio-economic development.
