Namdeb’s CEO, Mr Riaan Burger, and COO Mr Jurgen Jacob recently hosted employee engagement sessions across all levels of the business. The sessions were aimed at ensuring alignment on key business requirements. Furthermore, the sessions included involving employees through a creative participatory process on envisaging what a future Namdeb would look like, given the new long-term plan and 20 years life of mine extension. The engagements, which took place during the week of the 4 April 2022, and despite the lengthy sessions, great excitement was felt throughout with positive feedback received from employees. This is testimony that employees are indeed the heartbeat of Namdeb!
