Deep Yellow Namibia (DYN) is pleased to announce a donation of essential teaching and learning equipment to the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Sports, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC), supporting rural schools within the Omaruru Circuit. The contribution, valued at N$93,580, includes:
• 4 laptops
• 4 projectors
• 4 projector screens
• 4 printers
This support comes at a critical time, as rural schools continue to face significant resource and technology shortages.
Strengthening Teaching and Learning
The donated equipment will help:
• Improve access to digital learning in rural classrooms
• Support teachers with better tools for lesson delivery
• Enhance learner engagement through multimedia resources, and
• Reduce disparities between urban and rural learning environments
“The use of teaching aids will improve the status quo of learner performance in the Erongo. With enhanced access to digital tools, our teachers can deliver lessons more effectively, and learners are better equipped to engage, understand, and excel. This contribution from RMR directly strengthens our efforts to uplift rural education and narrow the resource gap in communities that need it most.” according to Ms Theresia Goagoses, Inspector of Education (Walvis Bay Circuit).
